Device to be Repaired Drop-off

Drop-Off for Diagnosing a Warranty Repair

Schedule a time to Drop-Off device at our corporate office located at 10752 Deerwood Park Blvd Suite 100, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

All work we do has a written warranty! For specific details of coverage please refer to your Invoice.

Regardless do not hesitate to allow us to verify if it is or is not a warranty issue before you decided anything. For example, the part may still be covered by the manufacturer but the labor may not.

Whatever is determined we send in writing what is covered and what may not for final approval.

Schedule a Pick-Up for Broken Device

Schedule a Tech to come pick up your broken device to be repaired at our Repair Center.

We will come to your home or place of business and disconnect and pack up your broken device safely and transport it to our Repair Store. Cost for this Flat fee service is $50.00.

Coverage area is Duval, Clay, Saint Johns, and Nassau County only.

This service does not include the separate diagnostic fee which could be between $49-$100. FYI, all diagnostic fees are applied to the final cost of any repairs.

We offer with the cost of any repair or warranty Free Delivery of the repaired device. But the Free Service does not include any set up nor consulting since we cannot guarantee a technician will be delivering the repaired device.

So if you need any Set-Up of the repaired device such as setting up printers, Internet, etc, then please upgrade to Delivery and Set-UP service so please back out and choose that option instead of this one. Thx.

However, free phone and email support is provided during the warranty period so please contact us with any questions.

On-Site Home Network Inspection Service

A Certified Technician will come to the home to test the speed, quality, and security capabilities of the Home Internet service and Wired and Wireless Network. Also we will provide a written report of what is working correctly and what improvements that could be done to make things safer and better. Ideal service for those that are using Streaming TV services, work from home, or do any on-line banking. *The fee will be applied to any Home Network repair or upgrade if performed within 60 days from the Inspection.

On-Site Business/Church Network Inspection Service (2-20 users)

A Certified Technician will come to the business/church to test the speed, quality, and security capabilities of the Internet service and Wired and Wireless Network. Also we will provide a written report of what is working correctly and what improvements that could be done to make things safer and better. Ideal service for those that have concerns about making sure they are in compliance with the Florida Information Protection Act.
*The fee will be applied to any Home Network repair or upgrade if performed within 60 days from the Inspection.
